Club Penguin has released the 250th issue of the Club Penguin Times which means this week is the 250th week since Aunt Arctic made her first Newspaper! Check out this weeks newspapers important headlines:
Club Penguin’s biggest topic on this issue of the Club Penguin Times is Stamps. Here is what they have to say about Stamps:

Today on Club Penguin, I was earning some stamps by playing some games, and I opened up my stamp book. While I was looking around, I found something really cool that almost nobody knows. It’s a mystery page that’s inside your stamp book. This mystery page will be unlocked when you have collected all the stamps, and you might receive a reward or a free item. If you wish to find the mysteries page, follow these steps below: First, log on Club Penguin and open up your stamp book. Click on it, and your stamp book will appear. All your stamps will appear in your book.

On the contents page, you will see ‘Pins’ listed in the book. Now, on the right of the stamp book, you will a pins tab. Click on that, and it will take you to your pins page. On this page, it shows you all the pins you’ve collected on Club Penguin. If you have a lot of pins, you will see an arrow allowing you to scroll down to see more pins you’ve collected.

Click on the bottom of your stamp book to turn the page, once you’ve clicked it, it will take you to the mystery page.

There’s a big question mark in the middle of the page along with some penguins. I wonder what will happen in the future. It will take almost a year to complete this stamp book because we need all the stamps including the Club Penguin characters.
There’s only one question for you guys to answer: What do you think will be on this page? Leave a comment below telling us what you think will be on this page in the future!

Yesterday , Club Penguin released another Reviewed By You. Every Wednesday, they add a new topic to the Reviewed By You and any penguin may respond to the question Club Penguin asks you at the bottom of every the post. Hello

Hi im writing to you from a house in london (not were i would usually be) its the summer holidays here and well what can i say? im lovin it!!! Ok lets get back to club penguin wich we seemed to have drifted off of. today club penguin released their new stamps which you can collect doing stuff around the island. The categories are: meeting famous ppl on club penguin , playing some games (club penguin have had to change them a bit and unfortunately if you are not a member than you cant play all the levels on these games but dont worry , the rest remain unchanged. , Activites these are just random stuff that you have to do around the island such as drilling on the iceberg and throwing igloo parties sounds good right? you bet it is so log on now and if you haven't already , check them out and if you have keep collecting!!!

Hello penguins, Benmay1999 posting here with some pictures of the new DS game, Herbert’s Revenge! These images from the trailer show what new things will be available in this all-new game!

The first picture is a penguin trying to find the right disguise!

This next image shows examples of new clothing in the game. I think that Herbert’s Revenge will offer better clothing than the original EPF game.

The following image shows one of the 4 new mini games in Herbert’s Revenge. You will be able to swing by using a grappling hook!

The next image is of Klutzy the crab, Herbert’s partner in crime, escaping from his cage and blasting Gary! This must be a storyline to one of the missions.

The final image shows Herbert playing Club Penguin! This means that you will be able to connect to Club Penguin, like in the original Elite Penguin Force game. You can play more downloadable missions, upload coins to your penguin, and more!

I think all of these pictures show that there will be many features in Herbert’s Revenge! It will have more clothing, mini games, missions, and a new storyline!

I absolutely think it would be cool if you planted a flower that make the other plants around it grow and when it bloomed the the leaves tasted like ICE CREAM! then we wouldn’t have to use machines to eat ice cream. Club Penguin Times Issue #236 was released today. As you know Earth Day is today so there is tons of new updates about the Earth Day Party. Lets get started with the whole review:

If you noticed in section A4 Club Penguin discusses Recycling with a brand new room! If you check out the Mine you will notice the new Recycling Plant! Once you have recycled all the items in the Recycling Scavenger Hunt you will be able to enter! But note, this room is only for members!

The upcoming updates are:

April 30th: New Igloo music comes to all igloos.
May 1st: Payday for all agents and all tour guides.
May 6th: New Pin.
May 7th: New Penguin Style, and Medieval Party Kick off!

Earth Day Party Cheats!!

The Earth Day party on Club Penguin is finally here!

The free item is a Spring Garden Hat which is at the Mine:

Click on the hats to get the item.

When you dance with the Spring Gardening Hat you start to sprinkle water out of a can.

Here is a step by step guide on how to find all of the the Recycle Hunt Items!

The first item is at the Coffee Shop on top of the plant.

The second item is at the Pet Shop where all of the Puffle O Boxes are kept.

The third item is a barrel of cream soda which is hidden behind a tree in the cove.

The fourth item is hidden at the Dojo Courtyard, up on the roof is a bottle of Hot Sauce.

The fifth item is on top of the book shelf in the book room, its some coffee beans.

The sixth item is hidden behind a rock in the Forest, click it and it will move. Click it again to get it in your Recycle Hunt items list.

The seventh item is a pizza box witch is on the inflatable rings next to the Winter Sport shop.

The eighth item is hidden behind a mine card at the mine.

You’ve now collected all of the items form the Recycling hunt click the ‘Claim Prize’ Button to receive your prize.

The Prize is a Recycle Pin. You can now also enter the Recycling Center so lets go in their and check it out.

When you throw a snow ball it turns in to one of the items you collected on the Hunt.

That is everything that you need to know about the Earth Day Party Cheats!

I’m like an energy-saving machine, especially on Earth Day. I’m the leader of a club my freinds and I made up. We made up a plan to ask our teachers to unplug the electric pencil sharpener, and write a note on the board about Earth Day reminding students to recycle. Club Penguin has released a new issue of the Club Penguin Times, so lets get started on the full review!

The first main story of this weeks new Club Penguin Times talks about the upcoming Earth Day Party that is taking place on April 22nd. Some of the penguins that were interviewed for this article are saying that there will be a new path from the Forest leading to the Mine, so other penguins can access the Mine quicker. Now lets move on to the next main article.

In this article, it says that Club Penguin is going to create a new room for the new Earth Day Party! In the article it also states that Gary is working on a new invention that should be ready by the start of the upcoming Earth Day Party. I found a super exclusive picture of the new main Water Dojo Room. I have brought some good information about the upcoming game, Card-Jitsu Water!

This is the Water Dojo Room that you could enter from the Ninja Hideout:

This is the place where the Water Sensei usually sits with a part of his outfit during the opening.

We all know it’s the entrance and exit of the Water Dojo. If you try to exit, you will be returned back to the Ninja Hideout.

There are two Water Ninjas on pillars inside the new room!

Last week we asked to hear about a time when you'd been exploring. Kirschli told us:

My buddies and I once went exploring during a summer party to find the free items and hidden rooms, and we went all over the island, and even went to a red vs. blue snowball match in someones igloo in the middle of summer! We found so many decorations, and a purple octopus as well! It was so much fun for the five of us, and I don't think we will ever forget it!

We've been seeing lots of you around the island with the Green Hard Hat and other new stuff from the Gift Shop. The team thinks it's cool to see you working together and we'd love to know what else you and your buddies are up to.

What do you think about it? There are many jokes, gags, and silly surprises on the island. You should check them all out, especially the following ones:

At the Town, the Coffee Shop and the Gift Shop are transparent!
When exiting one of the 2 rooms above, you get to the Iceberg
The boat at the dock is upside-down!
There are some hilarious signs at the Iceberg!
Try going to the mine, you will end up in a room with the “Loading” sign and funny messages. Click the loading arrows to get to the mine.

Hey penguins the April Fool’s Day party has launched to Club Penguin! There are many items to get. To get the red propeller hat to the following:

Go to the Dock, from your map
Throw paint at the picture
When the painting is finished you should see a red propeller hat stand show up.
Walk over the hat

There is also a special members room as well. Go to the Snow Forts and you will see a strange looking door. Go inside to get to the room. If you can’t access the room then here is what it looks like:

The second members item called the “King Jester Hat” is in the members room located on the right. Here is what is should look like:

How to say numbers on Club Penguin:

1. Open the safe chat menu in the bottom left.
2. Select games.
3. Select hide and seek.
4. You can choose “10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1!”

Here is what this looks like:

Read the Newspaper without logging in:

You can read the Penguin Times newspaper without logging in to Club Penguin. If you type the URL directly to the SWF file into your browser. It will look like this:

Just replace the numbers at the end with the correct date for the newspaper. The first four digits (2009) are the year. The next two digits (10) are the month and the last two digits (22) are the day. Replace those digits with the date for the most recent Thursday, which is the day of the week that the newspaper is published.

How to make puffles walk on walls:

1. Login to Club Penguin and click on the map in the lower left.
2. Go to the Pet Shop and buy a few puffles.
3. Click on the Home Icon to go to your igloo.
4. Buy a large igloo like the split level one.
5. Wait for the puffles to go to the upper part of the igloo.
6. Buy a small igloo like the basic igloo.

Here’s how to find the first cheat- The Crook & Flail:

1. Go to the first page of the catalog.

On page A2, they talk about Penguin Play Awards Penguin and the winning play! The winner of Best Play will be featured at the Stage March 30.

On page A4, they talk about the April Fools which should be arriving to Club Penguin at April 1st! It’s a huge Club Penguin event that you don’t want to miss it because things get silly.

On page A6, they talk about the Underground Areas. Club Penguin says that the under-grounds areas are officially open for good.

Hey penguins, the Club penguin play awards have finally started! It is at the stage, and you can walk on the “special” red carpet! This is what the main entrance looks like:

in the ships hold you can get a free treasure map background!

Here Is A Guide On Finding Rockhopper:
First, you gotta check if he is online or not. Type in his username in the log in screen and type in a random password(at least five digits long). It will say he is banned if he is offline. It will say “Incorrect Password” if he is online. If he is offline, stop and try again later.
For one thing, Rockhopper is Club Penguin’s account, he can be a bot or a real person (depending on the time of day). So that means he can be on any server, in any place he wants to be. However, sometimes he likes to go on these servers a lot (that doesn’t mean you can’t find him in other servers): Mammoth, Frozen, Mittens, Rocky Road, and any highly populated Servers (the ones on the left column of the first page of the U.S. servers list, for example).
Now, finding him is kinda tough, but it can be done. Two helpful factors are: that he’s slightly larger than the average penguin (he’s bigger, thus easier to spot if you’re in the same room as him). And there’s always a flood of penguins around him (they’re usually all red). And one surefire way of knowing he’s in a room is that you can’t get into the room because its full and there’s hundreds of penguins clobbering to get into the room. Also, he moves around the rooms in Club Penguin every so often if he’s on the Server. For example, he might appear in the Ship Hold, then move to the Beach, then the Town, then the Iceberg, etc. But sometimes he stays for a very short (or long) time in one or two rooms and switches servers.
Here is the method I use the most : I skim through all the major servers, then any unusually populated servers, then servers with names relating to Rockhopper or a mission (Rocky Road, Polar Bear…), then servers at the top or bottom of the page. I usually find him by the time I search unusually populated servers. Sometimes, a person shouts out where he is. I skim through all the places I mentioned, especially the Dock and Beach. I’ve actually found him a lot of times on Cold Front server.
He is most likely to be in the Dock, The Beach, the Iceberg, The Plaza, the Pizza Parlor and (this is the one he’s most on) his ship, the Migrator.Basically, rooms that have a large penguin capacity, unlike the Mountain Top which can only hold around 20+ penguins before its full.
As for times he is on, he is most usually on during peak hours (times when everyone’s on), or he can also be on during random times of the day and night when there’s a moderate amount of people or no people at all.
One very tedious and dull way to find him is to check if he’s on, and then check all the servers I mentioned in all the places I mentioned. Then start checking servers with three dots or more (it doesn’t have to be only U.S. Servers, check all nations). And if you still don’t find him check all the other servers with two or less dots and the places on those. And if you still don’t find him, He probably logged off or changed servers/rooms while you were checking. And on top of that, this might not work because he can change servers any time he wants to (but he usually changes every 10-25 minutes so don’t worry).
A somewhat effective way is to check servers that are not usually filled up but are oddly full or close to full for some reason, and go look on there. I’ve actually gotten this to work before.
Another way is going on the most popular servers in the most popular places and just wait for news of him. It could take a few minutes or a few hours (ugh, you should try another method if it takes that long), but someone just might shout “RH is on Mittens!” or “He’s on Mammoth!” or “Rockhopper’s on Tundra! WOOT!”. If they do, first check to make sure Rockhopper’s not on the server you’re are right now. If you are, don’t log out, they’re probably trying to trick you, Rockhopper might just be in that server on the Ship Hold. Try double checking to make sure he’s not in any of the rooms on that Server, then rush on to that server before it fills up and rush to the ship hold (he’s most likely here) before that fills up as well. This has worked a few times for me.
Once you find him, its awesome! There’s about two dozen penguins there asking him questions and HE ANSWERS THEM (with a pirate accent). Also, you get a free Rockhopper autographed background if you try buddying him (You can’t buddy him…but you can put him on your ignore list if you want), you can go to his “home” (The Migrator is his home). You can also send him postcards (I heard that he sometimes sends one back!) and follow him around when he walks around Club Penguin.
